IPI is adding PhotoScope (camera on a pole) roof photos to all Observation Reports. The close-up photos will be taken of two major roof surfaces under two stories in height. For those homes two stories and higher, IPI will provide zoomed photos of the same major roof surfaces.

If these additional observations and close-up photos reflect a roof in need of repair, the observation will be made in the survey results and a Ground Observation Roof Supplement will be completed at the time of survey.
